So can someone tell me if Jared Leto is a good actor?

I’m watching Lord of War and Nicholas Cage is out-acting him by miles and miles. And despite how ugly I think Nicholas Cage is (they always pair him with hot women and this is the only time it’s been justified since his character has tons of money but otherwise he’s a fucking ugly bastard looks like a gargoyle) he is actually quite a good actor. Which I knew but I’ve never been able to accept.

Things it seems like Jared Leto can’t play a coke addict. Or a person who acts on film.

But I might be drunk.
